ضد یخ بتن بدون کلراید

( شتاب دهنده واکنش آب و سیمان )

هیدراسیون سیمان واکنشی گرمازاست که در دمای بین 10 الی 25 درجه سانتیگراد ، در مدت 28 روز انجام می پذیرد . از سوی دیگر گیرش اولیه بتن در دمای 20 درجه سانتیگراد حدود 12 ساعت به طول می انجامد . بدین ترتیب برای جلوگیری از یخ زدن بتن در هوای سرد می بایست زمان گیرش اولیه را از 12 ساعت به حدود 4 الی 5 ساعت کاهش دهیم که این کار توسط ضد یخ بتن که نوعی شتاب دهنده واکنش سیمان و آب است ، انجام می پذیرد و با استانداردهای زیر مطابقت دارد :

BS EN 480-2 , ACI 306 R , ASTM C494 TYPE C

BS 5075 , ISIRI 2930 , ASTM C827

خواص و اثرات:

تشدید حرارت زائی بتن

افزایش سرعت هیدراسیون

کاهش نقطه انجماد بتن

تسریع زمان گیرش اولیه

سازگاری با انواع سیمان های پرتلند

غیر قابل اشتعال است .

موارد کاربرد:

بتن ریزی در هوای سرد و یخبندان

امکان بتن ریزی در محدوده دمای 5 الی 15- درجه سانتیگراد

انجام کارهای ترمیمی و ساخت ملات در هوای سرد و یخبندان

روش مصرف:

هنگام بتن ریزی در هوای سرد به نکات زیر توجه فرمایید

سطح قالب ها و آرماتورها را از آب ، برف و یخ بزدائید

در صورت امکان آنها را گرم نمائید تا دمای آنها به بیش از 5 درجه سانتیگراد برسد

دمای بتن از محدوده 6 درجه سانتیگراد کاهش پیدا نکند.

در صورت امکان با پوشش مناسب حرارت بتن را حفظ نمائید

در صورت یخ زدن ضدیخ در دماهای خیلی پایین آنها را در محیط گرم قرار بدهید تا یخ آن باز شود و از حرارت دادن آن جداً خودداری فرمائید

هنگام ساخت بتن بهتر است ضد یخ را با آب مصرفی مخلوط و سپس به اجزاء خشک اضافه نمائیم

درصورت استفاده از بتن آماده ضد یخ مصرفی را به داخل تراک میکسر ریخته و پس از اختلاط کامل بتن ریزی را آغاز کنیم

درصورت لزوم می توان مصالح به ویژه آب مصرفی را گرم نمود و با استفاده از پوشش مناسب از اتلاف دمای بتن تازه ریخته شده جلوگیری به عمل آورد

استفاده از ضدیخ بتن با تشدید حرارت زایی کمک به تسریع واکنش هیدراسیون و بالا رفتن دمای بتن می کند ، بدین ترتیب پس از افزودن ضدیخ در زمان بتن ریزی دمای هیچ قسمت از بتن نباید از 5+ درجه سانتیگراد کمتر گردد. زیرا در چنین حالتی واکنش هیدراسیون متوقف می گردد . توجه داشته باشید اگر دمای بتن از 5 درجه سانتیگراد کمتر شد , مشخص کننده کم بودن میزان مصرف ضدیخ می باشد

مدت نگهداری : یک سال در بسته بندی اولیه

بهترین دمای نگهداری : 15 تا 25 درجه سانتیگراد

نوع بسته بندی : گالن 20 کیلوگرمی

نکات ایمنی

در صورت مصرف همزمان چند ماده افزودنی بتن حتماً با دفتر فنی شرکت تماس حاصل فرمایید.

در صورت برخورد این ماده با چشم فوراً به مدت 2 دقیقه چشم خود را در آب باز و بسته کنید.
